At Carpuride, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
